Review: Vignetteum Cute Vocaloid Series

This review is about four chibi Vocaloid figures who are all based on certain songs. They are made by Sega and can be found rather cheaply, but hurry up if you’re looking for them though! They’re already discontinued!

All the boxes are the same, cute little pink ones with instructions on the back for each figure, as well as artwork of each on the sides.

Let’s take a look at the first Miku Hatsune. This figure is based on the song “Sakura no Ame” by absorb.

Her base shows the school from the clip, as well as a sakura blossom tree.

Let’s see her from all sides.

This part is the only discolor I found. Given the cheap price for the figure and it’s just a minor flaw, I can forgive them for it.

Next up is this little blonde. With the expression I initially thought it was the fanmade Vocaloid Neru, but she has yellow eyes, so it’s actually a very different looking Rin~ This figure is based on the song Aku no Musume by mothy.

This is what’s inside the boxes. Don’t forget to take out the plastic pole for in their back or they won’t be able to stand up properly! I didn’t notice it at first, can you spot it?

Ugh, the building is pretty soft and seems to bend easily (I took it out of the box this way).

She looks kinda scary like this, doesn’t she? What are you plotting, Rin? D:

Next up is Luka. I didn’t know which song she is based on, but thanks to Fychan in the comment section, I’ve learned the name of the song is Megurihime Buyoukyou!

The base has a mirror and a checkerboard pattern on it. They are also the only things you see in the clip, so they fit nicely~

Luka doesn’t need a plastic pole for the back, her hair helps her stand up.

The last one is another Miku. I immediately knew on which song this one was based off: Popipo: Vegetable Juice, one of my favourite Miku songs!

Her base stand is the background when she goes “AAAAAAAAA” in the clip, a nice happy background that fits perfectly with the song.

And what’s this? Shimapan?! This is the first Miku figure that got it right! I think this is a great way to end this review. If you want them: they are still available on Archonia at the time of writing, but hurry as they’ll be gone forever when they’re out of stock!

The song for Luka is Megurihime Buyoukyou, making two evil princess in this set XD

Here is the Youtube for it:

Also, PoPiPo Miku isn’t the first Miku to have shimapan. The RQ Nendoroid version had shimapan, too =)

Nice review! I’m still waiting for mine to arrive ❤

I got all four of them for Christmas on ebay. XD
for some reason the baseball in the one figure I got doesn’t have the red lines so it looks like a little grey ball instead of a baseball. D:
